Placements24 is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling in a remote-capable role. You will partner with senior leaders across functions, drive KPI analysis, and shape strategic planning for growth.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel, and experience with planning tools like Anaplan or Adaptive Insights, plus BI proficiency. Strong communication and leadership in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) strongly preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 in management.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools and planning software.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Develop sophisticated financial models for long-range planning and scenario analysis.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
Monitor KPIs and provide commentary on trends and variances.
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting.
