Placements24 is seeking a senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic initiatives in a remote-first South Africa role. You will partner with executives to build sophisticated models and drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in FP&A, professional accounting qualifications, and strong Excel/planning-tool proficiency (Anaplan, Hyperion). Remote collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial planning and analysis with strategic leadership.
• Professional accounting/finance qualification required.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Develop advanced financial models for scenario planning.
• Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Partner with leaders to understand performance drivers.
• Improve FP&A processes, tools and methodologies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive profitability and efficiency.
• Assess investment opportunities and strategic projects.
