Placements24 seeks an experienced FP&A Manager for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, delivering insights to executive teams and driving growth.

This role requires 5–7 years in FP&A, strong financial modeling, and proficiency with planning tools like Anaplan/Hyperion and advanced Excel, plus excellent communication and independence in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive FP&A/finance experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in planning software (Anaplan, Hyperion) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Develop robust financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast; identify key drivers.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management.
• Support business units with financial planning and performance management.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, profitability.
