Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager for a remote-first role with occasional visits to the Paarl estate in Western Cape. You will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, tailor communications to wine preferences, and organize exclusive events and tastings.

Travel to Paarl may be required. Ideal candidates bring at least 4 years in client relationship management, a passion for fine wines, and strong service orientation to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Develop personalized communication strategies to engage clients and understand their wine preferences.
• Organize and host exclusive client events, tastings, and vineyard tours (may involve travel to Paarl).
• Handle client inquiries, special requests, and orders with utmost care and efficiency.
• Provide expert recommendations and insights into our wine collection and the winemaking process.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted client engagement initiatives.
• Track client interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations.
• Represent the brand at wine festivals, trade shows, and other industry events.
