Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or client relations.
• Passion for wine and wine industry essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Aptitude for building rapport and long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to travel to Paarl, Western Cape for events/meetings.
• Based in South Africa and eligible to work remotely.
• Polished and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Process wine orders, reservations, and special requests.
• Coordinate client events, tastings, and vineyard tours.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for client engagement.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

• Promote new wine releases, offers, and events to clients.
