Placements24 invites an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a prestigious boutique wine estate. This remote-first role includes occasional visits to the Paarl estate, focusing on cultivating long-term relationships with high-value clients and delivering exclusive experiences.

You will tailor communications, coordinate private tastings and events, and work with the sales team to anticipate client needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client relationship management or similar, luxury/hospitality preferred.
• Deep knowledge of fine wines and wine production.
• Experience with CRM software for client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, driving loyalty.
• Develop personalized communication strategies to engage clients.
• Organize exclusive client events, tastings, vineyard tours.
• Handle inquiries and orders with care and efficiency.
• Provide expert recommendations on wine collection and winemaking.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on engagement initiatives.
• Track client interactions and feedback in CRM.
• Represent the brand at wine festivals and industry events.
