Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Experiential Event Planner to lead end-to-end planning of diverse experiential events from their home office. The role emphasizes vision, creativity, and seamless virtual coordination with clients and vendors.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and production elements for brand activations, product launches, and corporate events, ensuring flawless execution and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning with experiential marketing and brand activations.
• Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing large-scale events.
• Exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management abilities with multiple projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with event management software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop unique experiential event concepts aligned with client objectives and brand strategies.
• Manage all logistical aspects of event planning, including budget development, vendor sourcing and negotiation, contract management, and timeline execution.
• Oversee creation of immersive environments, entertainment, catering, staffing, and production elements.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and creative partners.
• Ensure events adhere to brand guidelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional client communication and management throughout the planning process.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and report on ROI.
