Qualifications

• 3+ years in event planning with virtual/hybrid focus.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong remote collaboration and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient with Zoom, Teams, Hopin, and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and hybrid events from start to finish.
• Source and manage vendors and technology providers.
• Develop event budgets and monitor expenses.
• Create timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop marketing and promotion strategies for events.
