You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, timelines, and on-site or virtual execution to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning and coordination, with a portfolio showcasing diverse event types.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in event management software and virtual event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, from virtual conferences to hybrid gatherings and in-person functions.
• Develop detailed event budgets and manage all financial aspects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and pricing.
• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, AV requirements, and catering.
• Develop event marketing and communication plans to drive attendance and engagement.
• Oversee on-site or virtual event execution, ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction.
