• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar role within hospitality or catering.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of productive relationships.
• Excellent remote communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients, vendors, and teams.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office tools.
• Creativity and problem-solving ability under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for various catering and event projects.
• Source and liaise with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to quality standards for catering, decor, and entertainment.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and seating arrangements, ensuring all attendee needs are anticipated and met.
• Oversee event execution, providing on-site or virtual support as required, troubleshooting issues promptly, and ensuring smooth operation.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
