Placements24 is seeking a creative, highly organized Remote Event Planner to conceptualize and execute virtual and hybrid events from concept through post-event analysis. The role emphasizes meticulous budgeting, vendor negotiation, and seamless attendee experience across remote platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of event planning experience, strong project management and communication skills, and comfort with Zoom, Hopin or Bizzabo.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning (virtual or hybrid).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with virtual event platforms and event management software.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute virtual and hybrid events from conception to completion.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas with stakeholders.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Source and negotiate with vendors including virtual platforms, caterers, and entertainers.
• Coordinate event logistics including registration, attendee communication, and tech support.
• Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance and engagement.
