Placements24 is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to plan and execute a variety of remote events for clients, from concept to completion. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has proven event planning experience, strong project management and communication skills, and familiarity with event management software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator with a portfolio of successful events.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including virtual and hybrid formats.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contract fulfillment.
• Develop event timelines, manage logistics, and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and event stakeholders.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event planning or execution.
