Placements24 is seeking a creative and highly organized Remote Virtual Events Planner to design, plan, and execute engaging online events from anywhere. You will orchestrate webinars, virtual conferences, product launches, and team-building activities, applying your knowledge of digital platforms, content strategy, and attendee engagement.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration with clients and teams, budgets, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis to measure impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning with virtual or hybrid formats.
• Proficiency with Zoom Events, Hopin and Cvent.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration abilities.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of virtual events from conception to execution.
• Select and manage virtual event platforms and associated technologies.
• Develop event agendas, speaker management, and content coordination.
• Create engaging virtual environments and interactive elements.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans for virtual events.
• Oversee live event production, ensuring seamless technical execution and attendee experience.
• Collect and analyze event data to measure success and provide post-event reports.
• Liaise with clients to understand their objectives and deliver exceptional virtual experiences.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in virtual and hybrid event planning.
