Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Events Coordinator to design and execute virtual and hybrid events for the hospitality and tourism sector. • Minimum 4 years of experience in event planning and management, with virtual/hybrid focus.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms and event management software.
• Strong organizational, logistical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and manage virtual and hybrid events from conception to post-event analysis.
• Develop concepts, themes, and agendas for target audiences.
• Source and manage relationships with platforms, vendors, and speakers.
• Manage budgets, tracking expenses and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead marketing/communication plans to drive registrations and attendance.
• Ensure smooth technical delivery and engaging attendee experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align events with marketing/business goals.
• Gather feedback and produce reports on success and improvement areas.
• Stay updated on trends in virtual/hybrid event management.
