You will manage timelines, budgets, vendors and speakers, create compelling content, and provide on-site support for hybrid events as needed, with a strong emphasis on remote collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or Event Coordinator.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning and managing virtual and hybrid events.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with event management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars, conferences, and online product launches.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Source and coordinate with virtual vendors, platform providers, and speakers.
• Develop event timelines, delegate tasks, and oversee the execution of all event components.
• Create compelling event programs and content, ensuring an engaging experience for attendees.
