Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Event Planner to join our virtual events team. You will manage end-to-end planning for webinars, virtual conferences, and online team-building activities, delivering engaging experiences for a global audience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and project management skills, experience with Zoom/Hopin/Cvent, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of virtual events, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Liaise with stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and target audiences.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and scheduling for all online components.
• Coordinate with technical teams for platform setup, audiovisual requirements, and troubleshooting.
• Develop event marketing and communication plans to drive attendance and engagement.
• Analyze post-event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
