Placements24 is seeking a proactive Virtual Event Planner to design, coordinate, and execute engaging online events, conferences, and webinars for a global audience. This fully remote role allows you to shape digital experiences from home while contributing to client engagement strategies.

You will manage platforms like Zoom, Hopin, and Cvent, craft agendas, oversee budgets, and report on ROI and attendee satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in event planning, with a strong focus on virtual or hybrid events.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of virtual events, from conception to post-event analysis.
Manage online event platforms, ensuring smooth technical operation and user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define event objectives, themes, and content.
Develop engaging virtual agendas, speaker management, and attendee interaction strategies.
Oversee budgeting, vendor negotiations, and contract management for virtual event services.
Analyze event performance metrics and provide detailed reports on ROI and attendee satisfaction.
