Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly organized Virtual Event Coordinator to lead end-to-end online events from concept to post-event analysis. This fully remote role collaborates with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to deliver engaging webinars, virtual conferences and workshops for a distributed audience.

You will select platforms, design agendas, manage speakers, registrations, and budgets, while providing on-the-fly technical support and collecting data to optimise future events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in virtual event planning and execution.
• Proficiency with Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent, and Bizzabo.
• Excellent project management and ability to multitask in a remote setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience in digital marketing or event marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of virtual events, including platform selection, content scheduling, speaker management, and attendee registration.
• Develop engaging event agendas and content strategies tailored to target audiences.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live virtual events to ensure a smooth participant experience.
• Analyze event performance data, gather feedback, and generate reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align virtual events with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Manage virtual event budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
