Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Event Planner to design and execute virtual and hybrid events for a global audience. You will manage all aspects from conception to completion, leveraging digital platforms to create engaging online experiences and coordinating speaker logistics.

This role offers full remote flexibility, exposure to cutting-edge events with international reach, and provision of remote-work equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning events, especially virtual or hybrid.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events for a global audience.
• Manage event platforms, ensure technical delivery, engagement, and data tracking.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors for online participation.
• Develop event content, promotional materials, and communication strategies for online audiences.
• Provide remote attendee support during live events and post-event follow-up.
