Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event objectives, needs, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor selection.
• Coordinate all event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual, and entertainment.
• Manage on-site (or virtual) event execution, ensuring smooth operations and immediate issue resolution.
