Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Virtual Event Coordinator to manage and execute online events from a remote workspace. You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning to post-event analysis, ensuring engaging digital experiences for clients and attendees.

The role requires experience with Zoom, Hopin, or Cvent, strong project management, and excellent communication in a remote team. A related degree is preferred and a passion for digital events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual events including webinars, conferences and workshops.
• Manage and configure event platforms to ensure smooth functionality.
• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and teams for content and logistics.
• Develop attendee engagement strategies for online environments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live events.
• Analyze event data and prepare post-event reports.
