Placements24 is seeking a creative and highly organized Remote Event Planner & Coordinator to handle the entire lifecycle of virtual and in-person events. The role requires strong project management, detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver engaging events on budget and schedule, contributing to the client’s event portfolio and brand presence across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or Event Coordinator, with a portfolio showcasing successful events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and virtual event platforms.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and highly organized Remote Event Planner & Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of virtual and in-person events. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post‑event analysis, all while working remotely. You will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events are successful, engaging, and delivered on budget and schedule. This position requires exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, contributing significantly to the client's event portfolio and brand presence.
