Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Event Planner to conceptualize, manage, and execute a variety of virtual and in-person events. You will own the entire lifecycle from brainstorming and budgeting to vendor coordination and post-event analysis.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure events align with strategic goals, deliver exceptional attendee experiences, and enhance brand visibility on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing preferred.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative event concepts and strategic plans for virtual and hybrid engagements.
• Manage event budgets meticulously, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors including caterers, venues, and technology providers.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, staffing, and attendee communication.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive event registration and attendance.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
