Placements24 is seeking an experienced Account Manager to expand relationships within an enterprise software portfolio in a fully remote environment.

You will manage strategic account plans, drive renewals and upsell, collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Success, and ensure client success across global deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise SaaS account management experience.
• Track record in revenue growth and renewals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and act as primary contact for client needs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for software modules/services.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Understand client objectives and demonstrate impact of solutions.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions with favorable terms.
• Track account health and forecast revenue and growth.
