Placements24 is seeking a Remote Account Manager for a leading SaaS provider. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, drive product adoption, and ensure customer success from a fully remote setup.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to upsell and renew contracts. You will collaborate with support, product, and sales teams to deliver value and reduce churn, while growing revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or related client-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving retention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand evolving needs and objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through initial product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams (support, product, sales) to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor client health and address churn risks proactively.
• Gather client feedback and provide insights to product development for improvement.
