Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or customer success in SaaS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills for remote engagement.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) and SaaS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Understand each client's objectives and align SaaS solutions to achieve them.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide usage insights.
• Serve as the main contact for inquiries, coordinating with internal support teams.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through platform adoption.
• Gather client feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Monitor health metrics and mitigate churn risk.
