Based in South Africa, you will lead health checks, business reviews, and tailored success plans, collaborating with sales, support, and product teams to drive renewals and expansion in a flexible remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in customer success or account management in SaaS.
• Proven enterprise-level account management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Remote work self-discipline and independence.
• Able to translate data into actionable strategies.
