Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of our online business from anywhere. You will focus on order processing, inventory control, and fulfillment to ensure a smooth customer experience.

In this fully remote role, based near Richards Bay, you will optimize processes, monitor performance, and collaborate with logistics providers to maintain efficiency and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce and fulfillment processes.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize order processing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and prevent stockouts.
• Monitor website performance and liaise with developers for fixes.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and suppliers.
