Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Fulfillment Associate to join a fully remote team supporting operations for the Vereeniging area and beyond. You will process online orders, manage inventory in the fulfillment center, and ensure timely dispatch to customers nationwide.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer systems and order management software.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or similar logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for accuracy.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and order management software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive task completion.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move packages.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and pack products, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped.
• Manage inventory levels within the e-commerce fulfillment system, reporting any discrepancies.
• Prepare shipments for delivery, coordinating with courier services for timely pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the designated packing area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any order fulfillment or shipping issues that may arise.
