Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support a fully remote team serving Paarl and beyond. You will manage order fulfillment, update listings and pricing, and respond to customer inquiries.

Collaboration with logistics, marketing, and customer service is essential to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes detail orientation, problem solving, and a proactive approach to process improvements in a dynamic online retail

Qualifications

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or a similar role.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and CMS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire online order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery confirmation.
Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
Monitor website performance and identify any technical issues or user experience improvements.
Process returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
