Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly organized Remote E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day order processing, inventory management, and customer support for our online sales channels. This fully remote role enables you to contribute from home and coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery.

• Problem-solving and proactive approach to operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the order processing workflow from placement to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers or internal teams for shipping and delivery.
• Manage online inventory levels and conduct stock counts.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues for a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in implementing e-commerce operational processes and procedures.
