About the Role

This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all e-commerce activities, from website maintenance and order fulfillment to customer service and inventory management. You will leverage data-driven insights to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and drive profitability in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring website uptime and functionality.
• Manage order processing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, forecasting, and stock control across online channels.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention, providing regular reports.
