About the Role

Our client is searching for a strategic and experienced Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of their online business operations. This critical role involves managing order fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and the technical aspects of the e-commerce platform to ensure seamless and efficient online sales. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing the overall customer journey in a remote-first environment. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations and drive continuous improvement in the digital retail space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
• Oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), warehouses, and shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Implement and refine inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
• Develop and enforce customer service standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all online touchpoints.
• Monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolutions and platform improvements.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and reduce operational costs.
