Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
• Oversee relationships with 3PL providers and ensure SLAs are met.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of their online retail business. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to final delivery, managing inventory, logistics, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, e-commerce platforms, and operational efficiency. This hybrid role requires a candidate comfortable working both remotely and from our Centurion office, bringing leadership and strategic thinking to our operational framework. You will play a key part in streamlining processes and enhancing our capacity for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve all aspects of the e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
• Oversee relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key operational metrics and generate reports on performance, identifying areas for proactive improvement.
• Lead and mentor the operations support team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between promotional activities and operational capabilities.
