Placements24 is seeking a highly organized and strategic Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of their online store. You will manage order fulfillment, inventory, customer service, and logistics remotely, in a distributed team environment.

You will optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience, with a focus on scalability and efficiency across all e-commerce operations and fulfillment activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
• Experience managing remote teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, WMS, and OMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Manage inventory levels across all SKUs, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers.
• Implement and refine customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost savings.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance the scalability and efficiency of e-commerce operations.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and logistical operations, all managed remotely.
