Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfilment, or a related role, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience in managing online order processing, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operational requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams and partners.
• Proficiency in e-commerce management software and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with developing and managing operational budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order management, fulfilment, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels across online channels to ensure product availability and minimise stockouts.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise the customer journey and enhance online satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and third-party providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer service metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
