Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy in a fully remote capacity. You will drive growth across channels, optimize the website experience, and coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to maximize profitability.

The role requires a strong background in digital commerce, analytics, and FMCG/retail online sales, with a proven ability to scale marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in e-commerce management in FMCG/retail.
• Proven track record of growing online sales and managing e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and UX principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and profitability.
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website for a seamless user experience.
• Oversee online marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive online strategy.
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and emerging technologies.
• Manage the online sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
