You will shape the online presence, manage platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable revenue gains in a remote-first environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years in e-commerce management in FMCG or similar
• Proven track record in driving online revenue growth
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent project management and communication abilities
• Experience in remote or hybrid work environments preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a cutting-edge e-commerce strategy to drive online sales
• Manage and optimize all e-commerce platforms and channels
• Drive traffic and conversions via SEO, SEM, social, and email marketing
• Analyze e-commerce data, KPIs, and customer behavior to identify opportunities
• Oversee online merchandising, content and promotions
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Operations and external partners
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends in FMCG
• Develop and manage the e-commerce budget and profitability
• Enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty
• Report performance and insights to senior leadership
