Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online sales for FMCG products. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape our digital commerce presence from anywhere, driving traffic, optimizing conversions, and managing marketplaces and D2C channels.

You'll develop and execute an ambitious e-commerce strategy, collaborate with marketing, product and supply chain teams, and stay ahead of trends to grow online revenue in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 4-6 years of e-commerce management experience in FMCG/CPG.
• Proven success in online sales growth and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, and online marketplaces.
• Strong analytics tools proficiency.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and market share for FMCG products.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms for seamless UX and high conversions.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads) to drive traffic and acquisition.
• Manage relationships with online marketplaces and third-party partners.
• Analyze performance metrics, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align online strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends within FMCG.
