Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote E-commerce Manager to drive online sales for FMCG products. You will shape and execute the digital commerce strategy, optimise product listings, and manage marketing campaigns across major platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce, strong analytics, and a proven track record in driving online growth, with remote collaboration across marketing, product, and customer service teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of e-commerce management experience with a focus on online sales growth.
• Proven experience in managing and optimising product listings on major e-commerce platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting.
• Demonstrated success in driving online sales and managing digital advertising budgets.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at working in a remote team environment.
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth for FMCG products.
• Manage and optimise product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality imagery.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., paid search, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyse e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and customer behaviour to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage online inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the online FMCG space.
• Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the online purchasing journey.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives.
• Report on key e-commerce KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
