Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative E-commerce Manager to lead their online sales strategy for FMCG products in a fully remote capacity. You will drive online revenue growth, manage the e-commerce platform, and optimize the customer experience across digital marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.

You will build and execute a scalable e-commerce vision, oversee content updates, optimize listings, and coordinate digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and social campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales and profitability on various online platforms.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, content updates, and order fulfillment coordination.
• Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Implement digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions, including SEO, paid search, and social media campaigns.
