Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Digital Marketing & Performance Analyst for a fully remote role accessible from Bloemfontein, Free State. You will measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to optimize spend, identify trends, and drive customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background and proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Tableau/Power BI/Looker, and SQL, with a track record of turning data into actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
2–4 years of digital marketing analytics or performance marketing experience.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, GTM, and other web analytics tools.
Strong data visualization skills using Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
Advanced Excel and SQL for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance across channels.
Develop dashboards to visualize KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns and landing pages.
Analyze customer segmentation to drive personalized marketing efforts.
Provide budget recommendations and optimization insights based on data.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure data accuracy.
Investigate anomalies and perform root cause analysis.
Stay current with digital marketing analytics and attribution best practices.
