• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager campaign management.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, social media, display networks).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and apply data-driven optimizations.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and efficient spend.
