Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Performance Marketing Specialist to drive online customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid advertising across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Bing. The role is fully remote within South Africa.

You will develop, implement, and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, run A/B tests, report insights to stakeholders, and stay ahead of industry trends while collaborating with content and creative teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and PPC platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics to track and report on campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics daily, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
• Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for growth.
• Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in performance marketing.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversion.
