Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Analyst for a 100% remote position. You will optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads, provide data-driven recommendations, and report on performance for clients including those in Vereeniging, South Africa.

The role requires a 3+ year track record in performance marketing, strong data skills, and the ability to translate insights into strategic actions in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business or related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years in performance marketing, paid media analysis or digital analytics.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other major platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills using analytics tools (GA, Excel) and ability to model attribution.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze paid digital advertising campaigns across channels.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ads, targeting and landing pages.
• Track KPIs and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels and attribution models.
• Identify trends and optimize budgets and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to align efforts with strategy.
• Provide data-driven inputs for future campaign planning.
• Stay updated on best practices and new analytics technologies.
• Manage reporting dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
