Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join their marketing team in Centurion, Gauteng. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital channels to improve campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a quantitative field, 3+ years in digital marketing analytics, and proficiency with GA4, Tableau or Power BI, and advanced Excel. Hybrid or remote work arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4 essential).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their metrics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital marketing channels (website analytics, social, email, SEM, display).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign results.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize digital marketing strategies and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and other analyses to evaluate marketing approaches.
