Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years in digital marketing analytics or similar data analysis role.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data from digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, web analytics).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing analysis and recommend improvements for conversion and UX.
• Perform ROI analysis for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing to set measurable goals and metrics.
