Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term

Qualificações

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built and optimized by you.
Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics with clients.
Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign termination decisions.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
