Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap, and the narrative when clients inquire why decisions are made.

You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls and testing, ensure reliable conversion tracking, and craft 90‑day roadmaps with clear client

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
Agency experience across several clients at once.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
Implement conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers on calls.
Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
