Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, roadmaps, and narrative on campaigns, acting as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, including budgeting, bidding, targeting, and testing. Strong English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and explain numbers in calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
